Returns

Whilst we really hope you love your Solillas, we of course understand if the fit isn’t quite right or you’ve had second thoughts. You can send the items you wish to return to our returns department within 30 days of receipt in their original, brand new condition. You will need a returns authorisation. Please email us with your order number and reason for return and we will quickly help you out.

You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we can not accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Any shipping charges from your order will not be refunded

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at info@solillas.comfor authorization and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
